Clintech Solutions partners with healthcare providers to transform clinical data into standardised codes. This ensures accurate patient records, supports safe clinical care, and helps meet critical healthcare standards.

📋 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and flag incomplete or unclear clinical data.
• File documents accurately using EMIS, SystmOne or Docman.
• Apply coding with awareness of QOF and PCN DES targets.
• Escalate documents appropriately for clinical review.
• Contribute to audits and quality reviews.
• Maintain GDPR compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and SEAs.
• Communicate effectively and support colleagues as needed.

🎓 TRAINING & PROBATION:

• 1-month training on clinical systems (EMIS, SystmOne, Docman), coding protocols, and quality standards.
• 3-month probation as Junior Coder:
• Regular KPI monitoring, feedback, and mentoring.
• Promotion to full Coder role upon satisfactory performance.

✅ REQUIREMENTS:

• Understanding of medical terminology and coding standards (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to meet performance targets independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with NHS systems an advantage.

💰 SALARY & BENEFITS:

• Training Salary = 30,000
• Starting Basic Salary = 50,000
• Qualification Allowance: Upto 20,000/- (For MBBS Doctors, Ph.D. Doctors, Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, BDS Doctors)
• Transport Allowance: 10,000/-
• Post Probation Salary: Upon performance and management review.
