Deputy Manager HR

We're Hiring: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – HR (Female candidates preferred)

Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi
Timing: Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Market competitive

Global Bloom is a fast-growing social media agency, is looking for an experienced HR professional to independently manage the entire HR function. This is a hands-on, solo HR role, ideal for someone who thrives on ownership and enjoys building processes from the ground up.

What you'll own:
End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
Employee relations & grievance handling
HR documentation (letters, policies, records)
Payroll processing
Employer branding & HR communications

What we're looking for:
Prior experience managing HR functions independently
Strong command of HR documentation & employee relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification:
BBA / MBA (Completed) Specialization in HR preferred
5+ years of HR experience

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
