Experts Communication is looking for a Design Sales Executive. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in design sales, with strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills. This role requires expertise in client handling, business development, making calls, sales strategy, and project management.

Note: Experience in Design Sales is a must have.

Target: 5k$

Salary: 80,000 - 120,000 PKR (based on skills and experience)
Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report to senior management
Make calls and promote the company’s services
Build strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Identify upselling opportunities to maximize customer value
Convert Bark-generated leads into sales
Effectively address clients' needs with tailored design solutions
Lead and mentor the sales team
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in front-end sales, preferably in web, design, and development
Proven track record in design and development industry sales
Strong negotiation, closing, and consultative selling skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Ability to work the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Strong time management and leadership skills
