Key Responsibilities

• Complete Illustration Projects - Execute full digital illustration workflows using professional software from initial thumbnails through final rendered artwork delivery.
• Creative Process Documentation - Articulate artistic decisions, layer management strategies, and visual problem-solving through detailed written explanations.
• Composition & Color Development - Develop strong visual compositions applying color theory, value relationships, and design principles throughout the illustration process.
• Layer & Brush Management - Organize complex layer structures and select optimal brushes/tools for efficient workflow and professional results.
• Quality Refinement - Refine illustrations through iterative passes focusing on detail, texture, lighting, and final polish for client-ready delivery.

Required Skills

• Professional digital illustration experience (complete projects)
