We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing professional to lead influencer marketing and paid advertising efforts for a rapidly expanding FMCG or beauty brand. The ideal candidate will have practical experience managing influencer campaigns, optimizing ads on platforms such as Meta and TikTok, and crafting integrated content and brand strategies. This full-time, in-person role demands a data-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing
Plan and execute influencer campaigns targeting micro, macro, and creator-led segments. Identify and onboard influencers who align with the brand’s values and positioning. Manage relationships by negotiating campaign deliverables, timelines, and usage rights. Track and analyze performance metrics including reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions. Build long-term partnerships with creators and develop ambassador programs to sustain brand advocacy.
Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing)
Design, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook) and TikTok. Manage influencer-whitelisted ads and user-generated content (UGC) based creatives to enhance campaign authenticity. Oversee advertising budgets, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Collaborate with design teams to develop compelling ad creatives and effective landing pages.
Content & Brand Strategy
Create and maintain digital content calendars aligned with product launches and marketing initiatives. Ensure a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all digital channels. Lead the short-form video strategy, including formats such as Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts. Align organic and paid content efforts to maximize the overall impact of marketing campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, and conversions. Analyze campaign data and consumer insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, supply chain, and product teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business goals. Support product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal campaigns. Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers when necessary to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably within FMCG or beauty sectors. Proven expertise in influencer marketing and performance advertising. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads platforms. Strong understanding of user-generated content, the creator economy, and short-form video content. Data-driven with excellent analytical skills. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to thrive in a high-growth FMCG environment.
Compensation and Work Location
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a monthly salary range of Rs60,000 to Rs100,000. The role provides an exciting opportunity to shape brand presence through innovative influencer and paid media strategies, contributing directly to business growth in a dynamic and fast-evolving market
