KPMG Middle East is hiring a Head of Offshoring – Director to lead and oversee our offshoring hubs across the region, with the role based remotely in Pakistan.

The Head of Offshoring is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, and operational management of the Audit Offshoring Hubs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and scalable audit support services to engagement teams. The role is accountable for service delivery, talent development, operational excellence, technology adoption, and stakeholder management, while maintaining a strong focus on audit quality and compliance.

In addition, the Head of Offshoring provides oversight of designated Risk & Independence (RI) activities, working closely with the firm's RI leadership to ensure compliance with applicable independence, ethics, risk management, and quality requirements. The role promotes a culture of quality, integrity, and professional excellence across the offshore operation.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the overall strategy, performance, and growth of the Audit Offshoring Hub.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality audit support services in line with agreed service levels and quality standards.
• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing workforce.
• Drive operational efficiency, standardization, and innovation.
• Maintain effective governance, quality management, and compliance processes.
• Oversee designated Risk & Independence responsibilities and support implementation of RI policies and procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and member firms regarding offshore operations.
