Job Description

Techilvy Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and proactive Partnerships & Relations Executive to join a client’s team based in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role requires working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The ideal candidate will be confident, highly communicative, and enjoy engaging with people to build meaningful professional relationships. This position demands initiative, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to identify and develop opportunities that enhance the company’s external network. It is an active role focused on relationship-building rather than routine desk work.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, coaches, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Initiate new conversations and develop professional connections to expand the company’s network.
- Maintain consistent communication with existing partners to understand their evolving needs.
- Identify potential partnership opportunities and reach out to prospective collaborators.
- Conduct introductory meetings and calls to assess partnership potential and requirements.
- Coordinate internally to advance partnership discussions and maintain a structured pipeline of ongoing opportunities.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, presenting ideas and proposals effectively.
- Handle negotiations and commercial discussions when necessary, ensuring professional and timely follow-up.
- Take full ownership of partnership conversations from initial outreach through execution, ensuring commitments are met.
- Track all interactions, follow-ups, and pending actions while proactively resolving any roadblocks.
- Maintain long-term relationships post-engagement, regularly checking in to explore opportunities for growth.
- Represent the company professionally in all external communications to build trust and credibility.

Required Qualifications

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Confidence in initiating conversations and engaging with senior professionals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and nurture relationships.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently while managing multiple conversations.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen sense of ownership and accountability.
- Effective negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, relationship management, account management, client servicing, sales, customer success, community management, recruitment, hospitality, or any role involving significant external communication.
- Exceptional fresh graduates demonstrating strong communication, confidence, initiative, and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
