Your responsibilities include developing custom features, automating tasks, and refining deployment practices. While you will not manage a team, collaboration with junior developers, functional consultants, and external vendors is key to delivering comprehensive and effective solutions that meet organizational goals. Responsibilities
 

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture with enterprise strategy and long-term digital transformation goals.
• Design, customize, and deploy Dynamics 365 modules across domains such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales, and Customer Service to deliver robust business solutions.
• Develop and maintain system extensions using X++, .NET, Power Platform, and Azure services to enhance functionality and support business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including application bugs, integration challenges, and performance bottlenecks to ensure smooth operation of Dynamics environments.
• Implement and manage Dynamics 365 environments, including builds, deployments, and Lifecycle Services setup, while ensuring compliance with best practices and data governance standards.
• Evaluate new Microsoft technologies for possible integration and provide technical insights to contribute to the ERP roadmap and strategic technology decisions.
• Mentor junior developers and technical analysts by providing guidance, conducting technical reviews, facilitating knowledge sharing, and supporting professional development.
• Serve as a liaison between functional consultants and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and clarity in technical implementations.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners for collaborative development projects to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Develop custom features aimed at enhancing the user experience and business functionality while optimizing the codebase for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Automate recurring business processes using workflows, plugins, and Power Automate to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Streamline deployment processes by implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines and applying DevOps best practices.
• Create and maintain thorough and up-to-date technical documentation to support system maintenance, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives.
