Mars Global Media Pvt Ltd is looking for driven and dynamic Sales Executives to join our team of publishing professionals. If you have a passion for storytelling, creative services, and digital publishing, this is your chance to sell meaningful solutions to authors and creators across the globe.

Position: International Sales Executive
Location: On-site Only (UK & US Markets)
Industry: E-book Publishing, Ghostwriting, Design & Editorial Services
Target: $5,000 to $15,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Perks: Company-Maintained Vehicle or Allowance + Medical & OPD Insurance
Employment Type: Full-time | Background Check is a Must

What You'll Do:
Sell professional publishing services, including e-book publishing, ghostwriting, editing, illustrations, formatting, and marketing
Generate and manage leads through online platforms, outreach campaigns, and inbound queries
Build strong relationships with authors, startups, and publishing clients
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets between $5,000 to $15,000
Coordinate with internal creative and editorial teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of international sales experience (preferably in publishing, creative, or digital service industries)
Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals (background check required)
Exceptional communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
Strong understanding of publishing processes and client expectations
Self-starter attitude with a results-driven approach
