Role Description
 

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecom Sales Executive (Front and Upsell) located in Karachi Division. The Ecom Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, developing and executing sales strategies, engaging with customers to enhance their experience, and identifying opportunities for upselling. The role includes daily tasks such as monitoring sales performance, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and customer support teams to drive revenue growth.
 

Qualifications
 

• Experience in E-commerce Sales, Online Channel Management, and Sales Strategy
• Customer Engagement, Upselling, and Relationship Management skills
• Ability to conduct Market Research and prepare Sales Reports
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
