E-commerce Sales Representative

Adsnipper is looking for a motivated and experienced E-commerce Sales Representative with prior experience handling customer inquiries via messages and closing sales via chat platforms.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: PKR 30,000 – 40,000 per month
Shift Timings: Monday to Saturday | 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other chat platforms
• Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective communication
• Guide customers regarding products, pricing, and delivery details
• Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversions
• Maintain sales records and customer interactions
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce sales/chat sales closing
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic English communication skills preferred
• Good typing speed and responsiveness
• Ability to work on the evening/night shift
• Target-driven and positive attitude
