Lead Generation Expert

We are hiring a Lead Generation Expert to source, qualify, and convert clients for our design and development services. The role requires hands-on lead hunting from multiple platforms including Apollo, LinkedIn, Yellow Pages, Bark, and other relevant channels, followed by direct outreach and calling to convert prospects into paying clients.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads daily from multiple platforms (Apollo, LinkedIn, Yellow Pages, Bark, etc.)
• Identify decision-makers and build accurate prospect lists
• Conduct outbound outreach via calls, LinkedIn, and email
• Pitch services clearly and handle objections confidently
• Qualify leads based on need, budget, authority, and timeline
• Schedule meetings and maintain consistent follow-ups
• Update and maintain clean lead and pipeline records
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in lead generation plus outbound sales/cold calling
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in spoken English
• Practical experience with prospecting platforms and lead research tools
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels
• Strong negotiation and closing ability
• Target-driven mindset with consistent follow-through
• Experience selling digital services is preferred

KPI

• Number of qualified leads generated per week/month
• Number of outbound calls and outreach attempts completed
• Response and connection rate from sourced leads
• Meetings booked from outreach efforts
• Lead-to-client conversion rate
• Revenue generated from self-sourced leads

Timings: 6 PM - 3 AM | Monday - Friday
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Main NIPA, Karachi

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
