We’re Hiring: Front Sales Executive & Upseller – SMM & Thumbtack

Location: On-site – Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Night Shift | 9 PM – 6 AM (Monday to Friday)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Open Positions

1. Front Sales Executive – SMM & Thumbtack

✅Responsibilities:
•Generate and qualify leads through social media platforms and Thumbtack
•Pitch and promote Web, App Development, SEO, and Design services
•Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients
•Achieve a minimum monthly sales target of $5,000 USD

✅Requirements & Skills:
•Proven experience in client acquisition and lead generation
•Familiarity with SMM platforms and Thumbtack (or similar marketplaces)
•Strong knowledge of Web Development, App Development, SEO, and Design services
•Strong communication, multitasking, and negotiation skills

2. Upseller – Web & App Services

✅Responsibilities:
•Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities from SMM & Thumbtack leads
•Understand client needs and recommend Web, App, SEO & Design services
•Increase client project value through strategic recommendations
•Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and upgraded sales
•Follow up and close deals to meet a minimum monthly upselling target of $10,000 USD

•Experience in upselling/cross-selling via SMM & Thumbtack (or similar platforms)
•Strong knowledge of Web, App, SEO & Design services
•Strong communication, persuasion & negotiation skills
•Ability to identify client needs and drive sales growth
