Role Description

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Executive who understands that email is 40% strategy, 60% execution, and 100% discipline.

This role is ideal for an execution-focused marketer who has moved beyond basic templates and is ready to manage the engine room of our B2B campaigns under the guidance of our Senior Specialist.

The Tech Stack: We primarily use Mailchimp, lemlist & Nethunt. Experience with these tools or similar ones is preferred.

What you’ll actually do:

✅ Setup, schedule, and deploy campaigns with zero errors.

✅ Manage lists, tags, and segments to ensure high deliverability.

✅ Monitor open/click rates and A/B test subject lines.

✅ Refine B2B drafts for clarity and conversion (No fluff allowed).

✅ Strictly adhere to GDPR/CAN-SPAM and internal SOPs.

What this is NOT:

❌ A social media or creative writing gig.

❌ A "set it and forget it" job.

❌ A Senior Strategy role (yet)—this is about mastering the operations first.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to effectively segment audiences and design targeted campaigns
• Strong Communication skills to craft compelling messages, build client relationships, and collaborate with team members effectively
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and platforms, analytical skills to interpret campaign results, and A/B testing experience
• Knowledge of AI tools and automation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
