Job Title: Facility Invoicing Specialist
Location: Azaad Trade Center, Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 14, Karachi, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Onsite
Shift: Night Shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Salary: PKR 120,000 to PKR 150,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience

About the Role

PsychPlus is seeking a Facility Invoicing Specialist to support the preparation, review, and reconciliation of facility invoices for our U.S. healthcare operations.

This role is responsible for ensuring invoice calculations are accurate, reconciling financial data, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with internal teams to support timely and accurate invoicing. The ideal candidate has a solid accounting foundation, experience with accounts receivable and reconciliations, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review facility invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Reconcile invoice data, account balances, and supporting financial records
• Review invoice calculations and identify discrepancies
• Work with Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Operations teams to gather billing information
• Investigate and resolve invoicing and reconciliation issues
• Maintain invoice schedules, reconciliation reports, and supporting documentation
• Track invoice status and assist with timely submission
• Support month-end reconciliation and reporting activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with process improvements and standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, invoicing, or financial reconciliations
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience performing account reconciliations and resolving financial discrepancies
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookup functions, and pivot tables
• Ability to work onsite in Karachi during the night shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or U.S. medical billing
• Experience supporting healthcare finance or healthcare billing operations
• Familiarity with healthcare invoicing or provider billing
• Experience using ERP, accounting, or healthcare billing software
