Job Description

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to create compelling visual content that enhances our brand and engages our audience. The ideal candidate possesses a strong creative vision and excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software. This role requires someone who can blend storytelling with design to produce high-quality graphics and videos tailored for digital platforms. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment based in DHA, Karachi, with standard office hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and alternate Fridays off. The professional will manage a small team of one person, ensuring smooth workflow and effective collaboration. The candidate must have between three to five years of experience, demonstrating proficiency in motion graphics and animation using tools like Adobe After Effects. They need to maintain brand consistency while meeting deadlines and aligning creative productions with business objectives. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
 

• Create visually appealing graphics for social media campaigns, branding, and marketing materials that align with company standards.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for various digital platforms, ensuring appealing storytelling and engaging visuals.
• Oversee and collaborate with the team member to ensure efficient project management and consistent creative output.
• Maintain brand consistency across all graphic and video content to strengthen company identity.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure innovative and competitive creative outputs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling creative deliverables.
• Develop motion graphics and animations that enhance the visual appeal and convey messages clearly to targeted audiences.
• Review and refine final designs and edits to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to the assigned team member to foster professional growth and enhance project results.
