Job Description

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Motion Graphic Artist & Video Editor with a minimum of four years of professional experience to create captivating motion graphics, animations, and video content. The ideal candidate excels at designing and editing dynamic social media reels, advertisements, and promotional videos tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This role demands creativity and precision in crafting compelling visual stories while collaborating closely with the marketing team to support digital marketing campaigns and creative concepts. Although this position does not include team management responsibilities, the candidate must demonstrate strong independent work ethic and attention to detail. The role requires proficiency in leading software tools including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D, and Final Cut Pro, along with a solid foundation in 3D modeling and animation. The candidate should possess an understanding of social media trends and basic UI/UX animation principles to enhance the visual impact of campaigns. Responsibilities also include editing raw footage into polished final products and optimizing all video content for various social platforms to maximize viewer engagement and campaign success.

Responsibilities
 

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, visually engaging content for use across social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop and integrate UI/UX-based animations to improve user interaction where necessary, supporting website or app designs.
• Collaborate consistently with the marketing team to understand campaign needs, contribute creative ideas, and deliver video content that supports strategic objectives.
• Create social media reels, advertisements, and promotional videos optimized specifically for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current social media trends and apply this insight to video content to ensure relevance and engagement.
• Utilize Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro as primary tools for motion design and video editing tasks, supplemented by Cinema 4D and Final Cut Pro for advanced graphics and polishing.
• Incorporate 3D modeling and animation to create unique visual elements that enhance the storytelling quality of videos.
• Ensure consistency and quality in every piece of content produced, paying close attention to detail, color grading, and audio synchronization.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting quickly to feedback and changes in project scope.
• Optimize video content's technical specifications and formats to ensure seamless viewing experiences across all target social media platforms.
• Apply creativity and storytelling techniques to convey messages effectively and emotionally connect with viewers.
• Continuously refine editing workflows and introduce innovative techniques to improve efficiency and output quality.
