📍 Location: DHA Phase 2, Karachi

🕐 Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about financial management and want to develop their skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Final-year students with weekend classes are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records
• Record all transactions using accounting software with precision
• Maintain a proper record of expenses and categorize appropriately
• Assist in preparing monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
• Manage payment disbursements in a timely and compliant manner
• Coordinate with insurance companies for payables and receivables
• Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records
• Prepare and issue invoices to clients/customers
• Provide daily support to the Line Manager

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience with Xero (preferred)

Education:

• BBA Finance / BS Accounting & Finance / ACCA Finalist

Experience:

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
• Final-year students with weekend classes are welcome to apply
