Finance Director

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial management. This role requires a dynamic leader with exceptional financial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive financial performance in a global context.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
Collaborate with international teams to align financial objectives and ensure seamless communication.
Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis and projections.
Qualifications:

A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in financial management, preferably within the chemical distribution or related industry.
Proven track record of leading financial operations in a multinational or international environment.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential for effective communication within our global team.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
