Who You Are

• You’re a finance-native storyteller with a sharp eye for content and community.
• You know the difference between an LP and an ETF, why interest rates drive market cycles, and what makes a founder or fund manager worth spotlighting.
• You’ve got the range: one moment you’re drafting a meme or tweet, the next you’re coordinating a podcast with a macro strategist or crypto VC.
• You live on FinTwit, Reddit, and Telegram. You consume financial content the way most people consume Netflix.
• You're organized, fast-moving, and obsessed with creating high-signal content that educates, resonates, and grows.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and manage Lumida’s multi-platform content calendar across X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
• Grow our flagship podcast by identifying standout guests (fund managers, founders, researchers) and leading outreach, scheduling, and prep.
• Repurpose raw insights—from Ram (our founder), podcast recordings, Twitter Spaces, and Telegram threads—into sharp, short-form content.
• Write and publish high-performing threads, memes, captions, and posts that land with financially fluent audiences.
• Use tools like Buffer, Metricool, or Descript to schedule, post, and track engagement across platforms.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and threads to spark real conversations and community trust.
• Monitor KPIs (follower growth, engagement, shares, podcast downloads) and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Partner with the team to coordinate real-world events and IRL community collaborations—especially in NYC.

What We’re Looking For

• A digital storyteller fluent in financial language and content formats—from TikToks and threads to panel invites and podcast teasers.
• A community-first operator who can blend strategy, copywriting, and relationship-building across platforms.
• Someone who gets both macro and micro: from knowing the right guest to pitch, to crafting the perfect CTA or meme.
• A curious mind that keeps up with markets, trends, and the evolving media landscape in fintech and investing.

✅ Minimum Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years in content, social media, or community, ideally in finance, fintech, or investing.

Finance Fluency: You understand LPs, ETFs, rate hikes, and the difference between AUM and TVL.

Writing: Proven skill in writing hooks, threads, posts, and memes for a savvy financial audience.

Podcast/Video: Experience growing podcasts, YouTube channels, or newsletters is a strong plus.

Tools: Familiar with Descript, CapCut, Figma, Canva, or similar creator and scheduling tools.

Communities: Deep familiarity with FinTwit, Reddit, Telegram, and niche financial discourse.

Events: IRL community organizing or event experience is a bonus.
