Freight Forwarding Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• · Respond promptly and professionally to Meta and WhatsApp leads.
• · Understand clients’ import/export and freight-forwarding requirements.
• · Collect shipment details, including product type, quantity, weight, dimensions, origin, destination, packing list, and preferred shipping mode.
• · Coordinate with the pricing and operations teams to obtain customized quotations.
• · Explain air, sea, road, FCL, LCL, customs-clearance, and door-to-door services.
• · Follow up consistently with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into sales.
• · Maintain accurate lead records and update each lead’s status in the CRM or tracking sheet.
• · Build long-term relationships with importers, exporters, suppliers, and businesses.
• · Submit daily and weekly reports covering leads, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.
• · Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Required Skills

• · Strong sales, negotiation, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
• · Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Urdu.
• · Ability to communicate professionally through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email, and telephone.
• · Basic understanding of freight forwarding, logistics, imports, and exports.
• · Ability to identify serious buyers and qualify leads effectively.
• · Good command of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• · Fast response time, professional attitude, and attention to detail.
• · Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.

Qualification and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates with relevant experience may also apply.

· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer support, lead management, logistics, or freight forwarding.

· Experience handling leads generated through Meta Ads will be strongly preferred.

· Freight-forwarding or customs-clearing experience will be an advantage.

Location: Karachi

Salary: up to 90K
