Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Front Coordinator to manage front-desk duties and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Manage appointments and scheduling
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Support administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, etc.)
  • Positive attitude and strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
