Title: We're hiring Front Desk Officer

We are a leading fitness company that aspires to minimize sedentary lifestyles through various offerings such as in studio personal training, home training and group training. We bring to our clients training programs designed to meet a variety of goals and generate individual peak performance in a supportive community setting.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients on a daily basis, handle client queries and solve problems for member.
  • Meeting and showing prospective clients the various features and benefits of Function.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all existing and potential clients.
  • Active management of trainer and client schedules.
  • Handle all communication – including phone/text/whatsapp.
  • Cash and billing management and data entry.
  • Supervise support staff and ensure branch cleanliness and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree from a recognized university
  • 1 to 2 years experience in an operational role
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Positive and welcoming persona – you will be the first person our clients interact with when they visit!
