Full job description

As an HR at Comet Tech, you will work on recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other essential HR functions. You will gain hands-on experience in the HR field while contributing to our fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Upon successful completion of your probation, the salary will be revised.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

• Post jobs and schedule interviews
• Assist with onboarding and employee records
• Track attendance and support HR operations
• Coordinate with teams on HR-related tasks

Social Media Responsibilities:

• Oversee social media platforms and postings
• Monitor engagement, messages, and activity
• Coordinate with the content/design team
• Track social media performance and insights

Admin Responsibilities:

• Manage office expenses and bill payments
• Handle errands and administrative tasks
• Support team coordination and office operations
• Assist in organizing team activities
