Front Sales Executive

We're currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Front Sales Executive to join our sales team.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a female candidate with at least 1 year of proven experience in the software development and design industry, who excels in:

• Cold Calling potential clients with confidence and clarity
• Lead Generation via platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and others
• Upselling services and identifying client needs
• Generating New Business through outreach and follow-ups
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills in English
• A goal-oriented and target-driven mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective clients
• Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
• Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities
• Maintain regular follow-ups to close deals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for USD-based commissions

Salary & Benefits

• Gross Monthly Salary: PKR 40,000 – 100,000 (based on experience)
• Commissions: High-value USD commissions upon achieving targets
