QB Soft Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Front Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth within the eBook publishing sector. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to meet monthly sales targets consistently. Working primarily on the US shift, the Front Sales Executive will support our company's objectives by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting our offerings in the digital publishing marketplace. The successful candidate will bring at least one year of relevant sales experience, preferably in eBook publishing or related fields, with familiarity in platforms such as Amazon KDP and self-publishing practices. Proficiency in customer relationship management, sales negotiation, upselling techniques, and problem-solving will be essential to succeed. This position is based at our Karachi office and demands a self-motivated, target-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining strong computer and internet research skills.
Responsibilities
 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct effective sales negotiations to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions, follow-up activities, and sales progress.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing customers.
  • Provide expert knowledge and guidance about eBook publishing services, including Amazon KDP and self-publishing processes.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and active listening skills to understand customer needs and address any concerns.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and punctuality while working the designated US shift hours from the Karachi office.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitor research using online tools and internal resources to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Effectively handle objections and solve customers problems to ensure positive sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment to meet overall sales objectives and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or product demonstrations to prospective clients as needed.
  • Ensure accurate recording of customer data, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
  • Stay committed to continuous learning to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
