Align Flo Solutions is a start-up US-registered digital agency delivering websites, mobile apps, brand identity, and SEO to clients across the United States.

Leads are generated through Meta Ads campaigns. You will be responsible for responding promptly, qualifying prospects, closing deals, and ensuring every new client transitions smoothly into our delivery process.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• 2–3 years of experience in sales or client management
• $5,000 — $7,000 in closed revenue per month
• Fluent English communication — written and spoken
• Contact and qualify inbound leads generated through Meta marketing campaigns.
• Proactively identify, research, and cold contact potential clients through outbound calls, qualify prospects against defined criteria, and close new business independently.
• Proven ability to close on calls with international clients
• Solid understanding of digital services — websites, apps, branding, SEO
• Ability to align with US business hours
• Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
• Ability to manage and grow a sales team as operations scale — a strong plus
• Background in backend operations, project coordination, or agency workflows — highly preferred

WHAT YOU EARN:

Pay Scale: 100,000 to 200,000 - Depending on experience
