Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate (Karachi)

About the Role

We are a Karachi-based real estate brokerage looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to handle residential and commercial transactions across the city. This is a closing role for someone who already knows the market, has their own client pipeline, and wants uncapped earnings rather than a comfortable desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end property sales and lease transactions — sourcing, viewings, negotiation, and closing
• Conduct site visits and client meetings across Karachi
• Build and maintain a personal pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors
• Negotiate terms and close deals independently
• Maintain accurate client and inventory records in the company CRM
• Report weekly on pipeline, viewings, and closings

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on real estate sales experience in Karachi (mandatory)
• Strong working knowledge of Karachi localities, pricing, and society/transfer procedures
• Excellent spoken Urdu and English; confident, presentable communicator
• Proven negotiation and deal-closing ability with a verifiable track record
• Must own a personal bike or car with a valid licence (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not mandatory for candidates with a strong sales record

What We Offer

• Base salary PKR 100,000 – 130,000 depending on experience and track record
• Fuel and mobile allowance: PKR 20,000 – 30,000/month
• Uncapped commission on every closed deal, paid on collection
