We are expanding our sales team and looking for a talented Front Sales Executive to help us achieve ambitious revenue targets through platforms like Upwork, Bark, LinkedIn, and others. If you're a proactive professional with strong communication skills and a knack for sales, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients across Upwork,, LinkedIn, and similar freelance platforms.
• Craft persuasive, customized proposals aligned with each client's project requirements.
• Follow up diligently with prospects to convert leads into secured projects.
• Conduct discovery calls and maintain effective communication to understand client needs and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate closely with the business development team to align sales strategy and maximize conversions.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets ranging from $3,000 to $5,000.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and performance reports.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in front-line sales, bidding, or client handling on freelance platforms.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
