Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve sales target which include business development proposals, feasibility studies and business plans, to the senior management.
  • Monitor the sales target month wise as a group/individual.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for sales growth and guide the sales team to implement innovative sales techniques and methodologies to enhance sales performance in consultation with Director Sales.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to diversify and grow the company's revenue streams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Nurturing a high-performance culture within the sales team
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members and senior management also submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Monitor industry developments and adjust sales strategies as necessary to remain competitive.
  • Monitor sales revenue and profitability, implementing corrective actions when necessary to achieve financial targets.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Taking active participation in all kinds of exhibitions, Seminars & Events all over Pakistan to develop strong networking.
  • Enhance brand visibility in all industry sectors for sales growth
  • Keep constant & regular contacts with business community & industry stake holders to enhance the customer base.
  • CEO & Senior GM Sales & Engineering may assign any other office related specific tasks not mentioned above for the self-grooming and development of individual.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a business-related field (MBA preferred) with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and business development plans.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business development and client meetings.
