🚨 Google Business Profile Local SEO Specialist

📍 Location: Remote

💰 Salary: Starting at PKR 30,000/month, with performance-based growth to PKR 60,000-100,000/month when metrics are achieved.

Daily Budget: 3000/-

Type: Full-time, with time tracking and performance incentives

What You'll Do

Set up, optimize, and manage Google Business Profile (GBP) listings to dominate Google Maps rankings

Execute comprehensive Local SEO strategies focusing on Map Pack visibility and local search dominance

Optimize GBP categories, service areas, business hours, photos, and service descriptions for maximum visibility

Maintain NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across all local citations and directories

Implement review management strategies, including review acquisition, response management, and Q&A optimization.

Create and publish GBP posts, updates, and promotional content to boost engagement signals

Monitor and analyze performance using Google Business Profile Insights, Google Analytics, and Search Console

Build local citations and manage online reputation across major directories and review platforms

Conduct local keyword research and implement geo-targeted SEO strategies

Track and report measurable improvements in Google Maps rankings and local search visibility

Support WordPress website optimization for local SEO (see Secondary Responsibilities below)

Collaborate on case studies showcasing ranking improvements and ROI for clients

Secondary Responsibilities - WordPress Website Building (40% of role)

Build and optimize WordPress websites specifically designed to support GBP local SEO performance

Create location-specific landing pages that enhance local search visibility and Map Pack rankings

Implement on-page SEO elements (schema markup, local business structured data, internal linking) that boost GBP authority

Design mobile-responsive websites using page builders like Elementor with local SEO best practices

Integrate GBP elements into WordPress sites (embedded maps, review widgets, local business information)

Optimize website speed and technical SEO to support overall local search performance

Nice to Have (Optional Skills)

Experience with Local Dominator for local SEO automation and optimization

Proficiency with Screaming Frog for technical SEO audits and local search analysis

Familiarity with review management platforms and citation building tools

Knowledge of Google My Business API and local search automation

Who You Are

2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Business Profile optimization and Local SEO

Proven track record of improving Google Maps rankings and local search visibility

Deep understanding of local ranking factors and Google's local search algorithm

Experience managing multiple GBP listings and delivering consistent ranking improvements

Knowledge of local citation building, review management, and reputation optimization

Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret GBP Insights and local search data

Detail-oriented with excellent time management and communication skills

A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of client results and local SEO outcomes
