Graphic Design Manager

AMZ One Step is a Marketing agency in the E-commerce sector, helping brands on Amazon/Ecom platforms become "Retail Ready" and grow their market share. Our core services include Product Photography, Videography, Ad & Account Management, and Listing Optimization.

Currently, we are looking to add a creative Graphic Design Manager in our design team in the Karachi Office. The candidate in this role will direct creative work for brands on E-commerce platforms. We are seeking a creative individual with strong Graphic Designing and management Skills.

Responsibilities

Ensuring that the design work is of sufficient quality and that all directives are being followed
Collaborating with your own team and with QA to achieve design goals
Communication skills to bridge the gap between the dept and CSM team
Ability to provide guidance on projects to team on daily basis
Graphic design creativity and skills
Working to meet the expectations of the client
Creating innovative ideas and designs and putting them into a context that the rest of the team and the client/customer can understand
Mentoring and guiding team members and motivating them to achieve their goals and yours
Conducting team training on developments within the design world or new business
Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or visual studies (extensive experience in the field may also be acceptable).
Experience 3 to 4 years with management as a team lead
Exceptional creativity and innovation.
Proficient in design and photo-editing software like (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel-draw).
Command on clone-stamp tool, layer masking and using of icons and symbols.
Good skills in drop-shadow and mirror reflection.
Excellent communication skills (Command in English).
