Graphic Designer- Night shift

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Associate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling and be proficient in various graphic design software. This role involves collaborating with other designers and departments to create visually appealing graphics that meet our brand standards and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Develop and produce creative designs for various mediums including print, digital, and social media.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive visual identity.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer, marketing team, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
Concept Development: Assist in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.
Revisions: Modify and refine designs based on feedback from clients and team members.
Asset Management: Maintain and organize a library of design assets and resources.
Research: Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software. Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
