Creed Fitness is seeking a dedicated Gym HR Manager with at least three years of experience to lead and manage a team of 20 employees. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in personal training and employee management, ensuring a motivated, compliant, and high-performing workforce within the gym environment. This role demands excellent organizational and leadership skills to oversee recruitment, development, and daily human resources activities aligned with company objectives. The Gym HR Manager is responsible for developing policies that promote a positive workplace culture, managing employee relations, and supporting staff through training and performance management. The position involves close collaboration with gym staff and management to maintain operational excellence and enhance employee engagement. The candidate must be proactive in resolving conflicts, facilitating communication, and fostering professional growth among team members.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall gym objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract and retain qualified fitness professionals and support staff.
  • Coordinate personal training programs to ensure staff performance meets standards and client expectations.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 20 employees to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and address grievances promptly and effectively.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Organize training sessions and professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and develop improvement plans as necessary.
  • Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace by implementing health and safety policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records and documentation accurately and confidentially.
  • Collaborate with gym management to support business goals and enhance operational workflows.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and open communication across all levels of staff.
