Healthcare Researcher (Night Shift)

We are looking for a Healthcare Researcher to design, develop, and optimize data-driven solutions by leveraging modern analytics and machine learning techniques. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, visualization, automation, and AI model development. This role requires the ability to transform complex healthcare datasets into actionable business insights. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent products, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend their practical applications in healthcare.
- Analyze both structured and unstructured datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and SQL to support data-driven decisions.
- Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models tailored to healthcare challenges.
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and validation to ensure data quality.
- Design and implement automation workflows to streamline business processes.
- Write Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and in-depth analysis.
- Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams to align goals.
- Conduct statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and model evaluation to validate findings.
- Monitor ongoing model performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python programming for data science and machine learning tasks.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and managing databases.
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques.
- Expertise in data analysis and visualization to communicate insights effectively.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of healthcare AI applications and challenges.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience working with REST APIs for data integration.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Background in disease research writing, particularly in areas like Cardiac, Diabetes, Alzheimer’s, and Autism.
