HR / Admin & Compliance Officer

Xtecsoft, a software development company, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR / Admin & Compliance Officer to join our team on a full-time onsite basis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
• Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
• Collaborate with different departments to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain company policies, documentation, and confidential records.
• Ensure a safe, organized, and professional working environment.
• Perform other HR, administrative, and compliance-related tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR, Administration, Compliance, or a related role.
• Good knowledge of HR practices, office administration and compliance procedures,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
