Job Title: HR Management Trainee Officer (HR MTO)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Management Trainee Officer to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions and develop a strong foundation for a future HR leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Support recruitment and selection process (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination)
• Maintain employee records and HR database
• Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
• Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
• Help in drafting HR letters, emails, and documentation
• Participate in employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Eager to learn and grow in HR field
