Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operations of the academy/training sessions
  • Support event & match-day management (setup, coordination, breakdown)
  • Help manage equipment & inventory
  • Coordinate with coaches, players, and staff
  • Maintain attendance records & reports
  • Assist in scheduling training sessions & matches
  • Provide on-ground support during tournaments/events
  • Handle basic admin tasks (data entry, documentation)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or Sports and Management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for sports and an interest in people management.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Warm, approachable, and team-oriented personality.
