WebAiry is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR and PR Executive to join our team in Karachi. This role is vital in coordinating internal teams, managing professional communication with clients and partners, and representing the company at key industry events in IT and gaming. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting employee engagement efforts, facilitating workplace coordination, and building strong professional relationships across all levels of the organization. With a team of five under their guidance, the HR and PR Executive will play an integral leadership role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring effective communication channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive, organized approach to handling daily tasks. While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, relevant experience in human resources, public relations, administration, or coordination will be advantageous. This on-site full-time position is based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, offering the opportunity to develop and grow within an innovative technology and gaming company. Candidates are expected to demonstrate confidence and professionalism in all interactions while maintaining compliance with labor laws and corporate policies.
Responsibilities
 

  • Coordinate efficiently with internal teams and cross-departmental units to ensure seamless communication and operational success.
  • Maintain professional and clear communication with clients, partners, and external stakeholders to strengthen business relationships.
  • Represent WebAiry at IT and gaming industry events, promoting company values and fostering networking opportunities.
  • Lead and oversee a team of five employees, providing guidance, support, and ensuring team alignment with company objectives.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and coordinate workplace activities to enhance staff morale and productivity.
  • Manage talent acquisition processes including recruitment coordination, candidate screening, and onboarding support.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate HR policies through regular auditing and adherence monitoring.
  • Handle crisis management and conflict resolution in a professional manner, promoting a healthy work environment.
  • Administer HR information systems and maintain accurate employee records for efficient workflow.
  • Plan and organize corporate and public relation events, enhancing WebAirys brand presence and community engagement.
  • Conduct employee relations management to address concerns, feedback, and foster open communication channels.
  • Implement and audit HR compliance practices to maintain high standards of corporate governance.
  • Prepare and deliver corporate communications both internally and externally, ensuring message clarity and alignment.
  • Support business communication efforts by drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations with professional prose.
  • Develop and maintain positive attitudes within the team and the wider company to encourage strong work ethics and teamwork.
