Position: HR Assistant Manager

Reports To: Operations Head / Management
Salary: PKR 50,000 (Based on Experience)
Job Summary
The HR Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting and managing key human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employee records, performance management, training, compliance, disciplinary actions, and employee relations. The role requires ensuring the effective implementation of company policies while supporting organizational growth and employee productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
Employee Records & Compliance
- Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Manage probation confirmations, contract renewals, and employee exit procedures.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, absences, and leave records.
- Ensure accurate payroll inputs related to attendance and deductions.
- Implement and enforce attendance and leave policies.
Performance Management
- Monitor employee KPIs and performance metrics.
- Coordinate performance reviews and appraisal processes.
- Recommend promotions, salary increments, and disciplinary actions based on performance.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Conduct HR orientations and policy awareness sessions.
- Support department heads in enhancing employee productivity and performance.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns, complaints, and grievances professionally.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle disciplinary matters, investigations, and related documentation.
HR Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
- Maintain HR dashboards and workforce analytics.
- Present hiring, turnover, attendance, and performance reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, labor laws, performance management, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.
