Job Title: HR Executive (Onsite)

Location: DHA Phase 7 Extension, Karachi (Near Shaukat Khanum Diagnostic Center)

Salary: PKR 35,000 (Starting) – Increased to PKR 45,000 After 3 Months

Job Description:

Queless is looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to join our team at our Karachi office. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviews
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies
  • Assist in onboarding and training of new hires
  • Process payroll and manage employee benefits
  • Address employee queries and ensure a smooth HR workflow
  • Support performance management and engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1+ years of HR experience preferred (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills can apply)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
