Human Resources Intern

Sunshine Rehabilitation Welfare Center is a non-profit organization in Karachi, Pakistan dedicated to providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to individuals suffering from drug addiction. Established in 2020, we are committed to creating a drug-free society and have been providing rehabilitation services for the past 2 years. Our center offers medical treatment, counseling, vocational training, and reintegration into society, with a focus on holistic rehabilitation.

Role Description

This is an on-site internship role as a Human Resources Intern at Sunshine Rehabilitation Center in Karāchi. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Understanding of HR policies and personnel management
Knowledge of employee benefits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Interest in the non-profit sector and rehabilitation services
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
