Global Industries Intelligence is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, training coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in corporate HR practices within a professional training and consultancy organization serving clients across Pakistan, the GCC, and international markets.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Support

  • Assist in posting job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

HR Administration

  • Assist in maintaining employee files and HR documentation.
  • Update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support attendance and leave record management.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and spreadsheets.

Employee Engagement

  • Support employee engagement and team-building activities.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and celebrations.
  • Help conduct employee feedback surveys and compile results.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Maintain training records and attendance sheets.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and presentations.

HR Operations

  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, certificates, and other documents.
  • Ensure proper filing and record management.

General Support

  • Perform administrative tasks assigned by the HR department.
  • Assist in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
