Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
  • Support attendance and leave management processes.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
  • Assist in maintaining personnel files and HR documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Human Resources.
