HR Recruiting and Talent Specialist

This role combines recruitment, learning and development, and U.S. insurance licensing management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be responsible not only for finding great talent but also for designing and delivering training programs that support employee growth. Additionally, you will manage licensing processes for agents across multiple states. The position requires fluent and confident English communication, with Spanish as a bonus. No formal HR or insurance background is necessary; experience in sales, BPO, hospitality, or customer service paired with passion is highly valued. The shift is primarily overnight (7:00 PM–5:00 AM PKT, adjusting seasonally), with 5 or 6 nights per week, including potential Saturday availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment: Develop and post job advertisements, source and screen candidates across the U.S., Latin America, and Asia. Conduct conversational interviews to uncover the true potential behind resumes. Maintain accurate candidate records using an interview scorecard and provide recommendations for final hiring decisions made by CINCO leadership.

- Learning & Development: Create comprehensive induction programs, step-by-step training modules, refresher courses, and quizzes to ensure knowledge retention. Facilitate training sessions both in-person at the Karachi center and virtually for remote teams. Record lessons for on-demand access, oversee new hires’ first 90 days, and manage the Protégé Program to support ongoing development.

- U.S. Agent Licensing: Manage resident and non-resident licensing applications, carrier appointments, and continuing education tracking across 11 states. Maintain an up-to-date licensing tracker to monitor expirations and compliance. Support unlicensed employees with exam preparation, acting as a personal coach throughout the process.

- Cross-Functional Tracking: Monitor key metrics such as time-to-hire, employee retention, and post-training performance, sharing insights to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Fluent and confident English communication skills; Spanish language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience in sales, BPO, hospitality, or customer service environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially important in licensing compliance.
- Comfortable using tools such as Indeed, Google Workspace, Excel or Google Sheets, video conferencing platforms, and AI applications.
- Willingness and ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends as needed.
- Genuine interest in engaging with people and uncovering authentic stories beyond surface-level interactions.

This position is based in-person at CINCO’s Karachi service center, working alongside a dedicated team supporting a reputable U.S.-based insurance agency licensed in 11 states.
