Human Resources Manager

About the Role

A company is looking for a responsible and people-oriented HR Manager to manage daily HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, attendance, and workplace coordination.

Location: Karachi — On-site
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Salary: PKR 100,000–120,000/month including transport allowance, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily employee attendance, leaves, punctuality, and HR records.
• Listen to and address employee concerns, issues, and workplace conflicts.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Manage the company's LinkedIn page and support recruitment/employer branding through LinkedIn.
• Coordinate monthly salary and payroll inputs with management/accounts.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation.
• Support employee performance reviews, appraisals, and disciplinary matters when required.
• Help maintain a positive, professional, and productive workplace culture.
• Prepare basic HR reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Handle other HR and administrative responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a software/IT company.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment, attendance, employee relations, and payroll coordination.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn for recruitment and company management.
• Good command of English and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
• Willingness to work the 8 PM–5 AM night shift.
