HR MANAGER

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team at our office located in Block 12, Federal B Area, Karachi. This role requires a professional individual who can effectively manage HR functions while working night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, particularly within an international software house or IT company, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update HR documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Implement and monitor performance management systems to support employee development and organizational goals.
- Lead and motivate the HR team, making informed decisions to enhance team productivity and morale.
- Ensure smooth HR operations during night shifts, adapting to the unique challenges of this schedule.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, preferably BBA HR or MBA HR.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in HR or a managerial role.
- At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in human resources functions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in attendance tracking, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee issues effectively.
- Solid knowledge of HR policies, SOPs, and performance management frameworks.
- Comfortable and willing to work night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
