Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

About the Role

IMC Certifications is looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, understanding their business needs, promoting our certification and training solutions, and converting leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and engage prospective clients through calls, emails, and online communication.
  • Qualify leads and identify customer requirements.
  • Present and explain IMC Certifications' training and certification services.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and company offerings.


 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2years of experience in inside sales, telesales, customer success, or business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
