Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to manage client communications, handle follow-ups, and maintain our CRM system. This role is vital for driving business development and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will excel in handling emails, setting appointments, managing client queries, and ensuring smooth communication between iDepo and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Emailing Clients & Follow-Ups: Respond to client inquiries, send pricing, and follow up to close deals.

Scheduling & Appointments: Coordinate and schedule meetings or calls with prospective clients.

Target Lists Creation: Develop and maintain target client lists for outreach, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

CRM Management: Ensure the CRM is up-to-date with client data, follow-up activities, and sales pipeline details.

Vendor List Management: Contact company representatives to get iDepo on approved vendor lists.

Managing Email Responses: Handle incoming email inquiries promptly, ensuring professional and timely communication.

Negotiation Skills: Skilled in securing mutually beneficial agreements through clear communication, empathy, and strategic persuasion.

Research Skills: Proficient in gathering, analyzing, and presenting accurate data to support informed decision-making.

Sales: Expert in converting warm leads into sales by understanding client needs, building trust, and delivering tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales support, client relationship management, or similar roles.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in CRM software and email management tools.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in a legal or transcription-related field is a plus but not required.

Specializing in converting a warm lead into a sale.

Draft and present professional proposals tailored to client needs and objectives, showcasing expertise and value-driven solutions.

Crafting compelling bid proposals and delivering impactful RFP presentations.
