Interior Designer

Design & Concept Development

• Develop creative interior design concepts aligned with the project’s architectural vision and client requirements.
• Prepare mood boards, space plans, layouts, and presentations for client approval.
• Select appropriate materials, color palettes, fabrics, lighting, and finishes for interiors.
• Design custom furniture and joinery pieces, coordinating with the production team for execution.

Technical & Documentation

• Produce detailed drawings — plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details using AutoCAD/Revit.
• Coordinate with the architectural drafting team to ensure accurate integration of interior elements.
• Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and assist in cost estimation and procurement specifications.
• Review and approve shop drawings and material samples.

Project Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is followed during construction.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design standards.
• Attend client meetings, present concepts, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Work with 3D visualizers to create realistic renderings and presentations for client review.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in an interior design or architecture firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, spatial planning, and material knowledge.
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with luxury interiors and high-end residential/commercial projects.
• Knowledge of furniture manufacturing, joinery detailing, and material sourcing.
• Familiarity with 3D rendering software (Enscape, Lumion, or V-Ray).
• Understanding of construction processes and on-site coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
